Shaun Brooks – Development & Contracts Director
Shaun previously worked for Flower and Hayes as Joinery Director some 20 years ago and re-joined the company in 2006 as our Development & Contracts Director. Having spent all of his career in the building industry Shaun brings a wealth of experience to the company and is responsible for the day to day running of the office, overseeing all technical, contractual and financial elements of the business.

Jason Maggs – Construction Director
Coming from a trade background Jason has always taken a very much hands on approach to development. Before joining Flower and Hayes in 1995 he had previously worked for a major house builder, on projects throughout the southwest of England. Jason is responsible for overseeing developments both in the residential and commercial sectors of the company, coordinating all trades, suppliers and professionals alike, ensuring the smooth running of a project from start to finish.

Barry Ingram – Company Buyer
Following a career in the shoe manufacturing industry, Barry took a career change in 1986 to work as a sales representative for a local pipe and fittings company which gave him the taste for the construction industry. Barry joined Flower and Hayes in 1999 as Company Buyer and is responsible for the material purchasing on all of our sites and he also oversees the health & safety for the company with regards to both personnel training and on site safety.

Christine Langley – Contract Administrator (Industrial)
Christine joined Flower and Hayes in 1989 as personal secretary to the then Managing Director, Graham Thorner. Whilst Christine still handles Mr Thorners personal affairs, she is also responsible for the estate management side of the business overseeing Old Mills Estate Management which controls all of our 5 industrial sites covering some 100 industrial units and also the administration side of our Emerson Green shops & office development.

Nichola Stevenson – Accounts Administrator
Nichola is our receptionist and accounts administrator and is responsible for the financial administration side of the company covering both purchase ledger and subcontractor accounts payable. Following the birth of her first child in 2003 Nichola now works part time and is the first point of contact to answer any of your accounting queries.

Sarah Brown – Accounts Administrator
Sarah originally started work for the company in 1993 as our full time receptionist/accounts clerk. Over the years Sarah has taken on many different roles and responsibilities mainly within the accounts department. In 2003 Sarah left us to start a family but after a short spell of maternity leave rejoined us part time, her main role being responsible for payroll and wages. Sarah also works alongside Nichola in the accounts department and is available to answer any of your accounting queries.

Pat Mullay – Sales Manager
In 1995 Pat joined Flower and Hayes as a site sales administrator working on our residential projects all over the southwest. Now head office based, Pat is responsible for the residential sales management overseeing and liaising with our purchasers to ensure that their move to a Flower and Hayes home is as stress free as possible.
